Add US CD bios core option #95

This lets you have japan and us bios, without having to replace one for the other.

Not sure about naming.

I believe there a no games that require a US bios. This is mostly for aesthetic reasons, so games could show their proper bios screen based on game-region. The current solution would be to rename us bios to syscard to make them show, but is not posible to have both bios.
