PGXP soft locks Silent Hill at specific point #371

This is an oddly specific issue, but I noticed that the first time you enter the church and meet the old woman, Beetle PSX HW was soft locking "were you ringing that bell?" - then it would freeze.

After a lot of tinkering I've found turning off PGXP fixes this, and turning it back on reproduces it 100%.

I've included a save state right outside the church. Silent Hill.zip
