Just as it says pretty self explanatory. Run Ahead on causes a lot of issues with this core. Many of the cores that have issues with it force it off. This core should do that as well.

Well, nvidia tv shield pro's retroarch (AArch64) causes a lot of issues with this core by slowdowns and stutters too.
