Savestate issue causing freeze or graphics corruption #13

It seems that a savestate is corrupted if saved while a game is in the middle of loading something or playing a video. Loading that state can freeze the game, corrupt the graphics, or both. Saving in the middle of gameplay seems fine.

Does not happen with the latest Mednafen (1.29.0).
