Winter Heat slows down #22

OS Windows 10 RetroArch 1.15.0 Core 1.29.0 (6625d33)

Winter Heat slows down with Wasapi driver when Menu is opened. That doesn't happen if menu_pause_libretro is set on "false". Game returns regular after toggle between windowed/fullscreen display.

Like Virtua Fighter Kids, Winter Heat needs more RetroArch services to work properly with the Wasapi driver. There isn't disruption if audio_enable_menu is set on "true".
