Grandia overhead #24

OS Windows 10 RetroArch 1.15.0 Core 1.29.0 (6625d33)

FMV of Grandia have an overhead in libretro core since "horrible hack" has been embed. It's not real bug, just a diff than i don't see in mednafen.

This causes the FMV in Grandia to play very slowly, contrary to working just fine in Mednafen 1.29.0 and onward.

Long standing bug then, that should be fixed since it's taking so long for Mednafen to get a new stable version (assuming they were waiting for a new version of that to update the core port as well), especially since Grandia has since been fan translated and the Saturn version is the overall better version of the game & the one to play (if not quite definitive, PS does a thing or two better).
