*.GEN files support #12

blastem core available via Retroarch core-updater don't recongize .GEN-files It works only with .SMD or .BIN filename extension. So, i need to rename GEN-files to .SMD or .BIN manually.

Standalone win32/win64 blastem doesn't have this problem.
