Version: 0786858437ed71996f43b7af0fbe627eb88152fc CPU: AMD FX-8300 GPU: AMD HD 6450

With genesis plus gx libretro core, I get stable 60 FPS. With blastem libretro core, I get 50 FPS, and games visually stutter.

I can't reproduce this issue. It seems that my system was under some sort of CPU or HDD pressure while FPS dropped.
