Cart slot 2 SCC/audio expansion support. #105

It would be nice to play Victor Martinez's enhanced shmups with smooth scrolling with the added sound expansion too.

There's no option to load audio into a second cart slot, which is a problem as these games are in ROM format and take up slot 1.

I tested putting SCC.ROM on config.ini and runs perfectly
