Super Bomberman: Panic Bomber W causes RetroArch to not respond #100

After opening the game, it shows a black screen, then after a second or two, RetroArch stops responding.

I wasn't able to reproduce this via linux x86_64 using bsnes-mercury balanced profile. Same commit.

I'm using Windows 10, and I used both the performance and accuracy versions.
