096 asks for *.ram in system folder, and fail to load. Top Gear 3000 (USA).

RetroArch [libretro ERROR] ::  :: Cannot find requested file in system directory: "/home/sergio/Games/RetroArch/system/dsp4.data.ram".

System folder is in a writable place.
