Runahead will slowdown the core #26

If runahead is activated the core will unusually slowdown rapidly. Compared to snes9x, genesisgx etc the games run choppy even with 1 frame runahead and hle emulation. The cpu is a i7 4790 which should normally be sufficient

Make sure to disable runahead in RetroArch. Only enable it in the core settings.
