Request: Add sufami turbo to bsnes libretro core

Would it be possible to hook in the option to play sufami turbo games?

The code is already there it just needs to be hooked in the same way super Gameboy and bsx games are.

It would then only need the stbios in the system folder same as bsx.

For some reason it's not in yet.
