Port widescreen/HD Mode 7 hack from bsnes-hd #62

Byuu says he is going to add the widescreen feature to bsnes official as soon as there is at least one patch for a major title making use of the feature.

I don't think it's going to be feasible to backport it, but we have a new WIP libretro-ization of bsnes-hd that will probably obsolete the old v094-based bsnes-es.
