No custom music in Retroarch #34

I have been trying to add custom music tracks to Cannonball in the Windows main Retroarch release, and no paths used, or config.xml details seem to trigger custom tracks. Is this a feature in the Retroarch core?

I think this is related to #21 .

Custom music was added in v0.33. I believe the core is currently only v0.30. I would love to see it updated to v0.34 though to bring in all the new features.
