RGPAD v1.4

Improved D-pad movement
Fixed an issue with buttons SELECT and START
Add the ability to hide the overlay by pressing a button (as requested by some users)
Fixed aspect ratio on 4:3 devices
General cleanup

Hmm... is there a reason my overlay changes still aren't merged? It's been almost 2 months and in the meantime other pull requests have been worked on...
