I think most of them are just based on whatever color had a render available. If you find another pic of the color you like, though, you just need the transparent box in the middle to match up, so it should be pretty easy to create your own colored variants.
Do you know where the models were from, if they are renders?
I tried doing what you suggested long before the Game Boy Pocket image was commited to the repo... back when we only had the image of the original GB. I had found a nice high res picture of a silver Pocket, but my result was far less than ideal. :P
The GBC/GBP renders came from a guy on deviantart, I think.
Found 'em, thanks!

Should be MUCH easier going from here. When I work them to get them like the ones already in the repo can I upload them (black background, etc)? I'll put up a good number of the real colors.
So I've reversed-engineered the existing images within the repo. I have the EXACT settings required to replicate the existing border images, so everything is ENTIRELY consistent between these and what we already have. This will help others and myself add other colors by the artist, which I will upload following this post. Rename the images for use in the repo as you guys see fit of course.
Hopefully these images upload without resizing or anything...
Bottom layer is a black background. It is not a paint bucket fill on the device layer. Next layer is the device image. Size: W 1035px x H 1759px Bicubic Sharper Location: X 1601.50px x Y 1185.50px
Since the images are now exact (aside from the original artist's work in the viewable area), you can just replace the viewable area with the one from the repo. I can't figure out the exact drop shadow and reflection so just copy the viewable area as I said. Everything will match perfectly pixel-for-pixel.

Nice work.

Everything can't be on Github because they try to keep the shader repo somewhat light in size (as it gets integrated with mobile version of retroarch I think).
Can anyone please reupload the extra borders? Thank you. I am particually looking for an Atomic Purple GBC one

All the images above are the only ones I made, and I shared them all. I looked up the Atomic Purple GBC you're talking about, I never made one like that using the same style. Sorry. I don't know what Monroe88 made, that was a long time ago and I can't remember what they looked like.
Thank you. Do you have a complete frame for the shell? Applied on mobile phones.
The color of the gbp logo is too white, I adjusted the brightness of the logo
I'm loving the recent additions of the console-borders for Game Gear, GameBoy Advance, and GameBoy Pocket! They are one of the main reasons I'm upgrading my install of RetroArch.
I'd like if there were more color variants of some of them. For example, a silver Pocket and an indigo Advance as that's what I had back in the day and it would give me dem feels.
Either include the .psds, OR with [probably a lot of] work we can have the "body" of the devices separated from the buttons and such so it can be more easily edited. I would directly edit the pngs myself but I'm not good at masking off the buttons and screen area. I gave it a quick go once already and I did pretty awful.
