Collection of commonly used Cg shaders. These shaders are usable by either HLSL and/or Cg runtime compilers. The cg2glsl script will translate most of these into GLSL shaders.
Adds NTSC presets for CRT Royale. Also adds a preset with tvout-tweaks and image-adjustment as well.
These use the default CRT Royale preset (crt-royale.cgp) only for now, and I doubt Intel iGPUs will be able to run CRT Royale combined with anything anyway, especially not with the NTSC shader.
