Desmume no longer reads drawing tablet as mouse input for bottom screen. #102

Using Desmume on Batocera V36 (have raised this issue under that project as I'm not sure where the issue lies just yet)

Previously Desmume would interpret my Intuos BT Drawing tablet as mouse input for the bottom screen. This has recently broken with either a recent update to desmume core/retroarch or batocera itself.

Here's a video demonstrating the issue

Haven't tried this on windows Retroarch yet so that will probably determine which project the issue lies with
