90 degree option #15

Some games like dr kawashima or hotel dusk forced the player to rotate the DS by 90 degrees. Means the games were displayed in a book style. This option is missing in the libretro version.

Retroarch video options: Rotation: 90 or 270 degrees. Set aspect ratio to 3:2.
