The core as it's currently constructed only supports built-in noise samples. This is sufficient for most games that accept only minor bursts of sound, but games that require sustained blowing at certain parts--such as Phantom Hourglass and (I'm told) Bowser's Inside Story--don't accept these types of sounds, making it impossible to progress.
