Updated some outdated and inconsistent information:
Advanced Settings is not required for generating logs via menu
Windows installer does not create a separate "log to file" shortcut, thus also removed link to the video guide with the non-existing "log to file" info
Linux, Windows and OSX do not need different command line parameters, therefore unified all (also --menu is not needed)
