Castlevania adventure rebirth does not start #107

If I put WD9.ini in gamesettings folder, the game does not start.

If I remove the WD9.ini file, the game starts but the screen turns black after the introduction

I have the exact same issue. Seems to be related to the "Disable dual core" option. Can't play Contra ReBirth either because of this.
