What version of Dolphin does Retroarch Run? #270

Is Retroarch's Dolphin Core based on the 5.0 Stable version or one of their development versions? I downloaded from your wiki back in late Jan (1/24/22). Do you know what version of Dolphin you were using around then?

The core is based on whatever dev build was available when it was rebased 1.5+ year ago, it hasn't been updated since.

@bslenul got any documentation or hints on which exact pieces of this repository vs Dolphin dev releases someone should rebase against?

I just posted it on another gh issue here, maybe someone could spare some time to rebase and execute the testing suite, provided there is any sign of success.

Unless there is any licensing issue we should be aware of, not completely educated on the specific licensing requirement of one project vs the other.
