-DEBUG=1 +DEBUG=0

wat. DEBUG=1 is default on everything I know of, why change that

It's probably a bad idea to leave DEBUG=1 on by default though, given that it resorts to -O0 then. It might make the Dosbox core unnecessarily slow.
