CFG Override is ignored out of a playlist #55

Use load content, select the game exe, select DosBox core = dosbox.cfg override is ignored. Launch that same game with the entry you now have in the history = cfg is applied.

Works fine from a handmade playlist too.

Tested on win7 x64, retroarch and core up to date.
