Add RA support and memory maps #57

Can you add specific functions to allow support achievements for Retroachievements.

Retroachievements support loading memory maps, from libretro need retro_get_memory_data and set the enviroment variable RETRO_ENVIRONMENT_SET_SUPPORT_ACHIEVEMENTS

OK, I added these to both this core, as well as the new DOSBox-core. If you don't want to wait for the builds to show up in the updater (can take up to 20 hours or so), you can grab a DOSBox-core build instead from here:

I'll leave this issue open until you can verify it actually works as intended.

Good ill verify in Ralibretro emulator, problem is dosbox-core dont want to work with it, so i will use this one for now
