Primary RETRO_MEMORY_SYSTEM_RAM support, allow to libretro get cheevos on this system.

Same code that I push some days ago on libretro-fceumm, thanks again!

Don't change libretro.h. Even if the argument name doesn't make sense, we want that file to be the same in all repos.
