MSR Racing multi player mode : non stop flashing #1007

The multi player mode on MSR racing has screen issues: non stop flicking and flashing making it unplayable in two player mode.

Using retroarch 1.9 flycast core:0.120caf3f

Relates to issue #810.

I also noted and recently mentioned this same behavior in yet another of many games, split-screen multiplayer in Looney Tunes: Space Race.
