I'll be honest, i'll just stop trying to maintain this core if this is merged, no hard feelings : it's just that i barely have the time to work on this core in the first place, so my goal had been to turn it into a 1:1 port of standalone like the other projects i maintain, and this PR is going against this.
Maybe at some point i'll try to rewrite a libretro port and commit it directly on @flyinghead's repo.
