Soul Calibur runs way too fast #1038

It needs to be frame-limited to 60, however I can't see a specific option in the Quick Menu for the core that would do that.

Specify the hardware and the platform where you are playing it, I run the game perfectly in Windows 8.1

My OS is the latest version of Windows 10. My CPU is an i7-4771, and my GPU is a GTX 1660 Ti. I have 16GB DDR3-2400 CL10 as far as RAM.

However, I do not see how any of that is relevant. My point here is that Dreamcast games are not designed to run at framerates higher than 60, and will break if allowed to run at unrestricted framerates. The "normal" desktop version of FlyCast does have a frame limiting option, that maxes things out at 60 as it should.

It's only the LibRetro version that seems to be missing this option.
