D2 disc swap not working #1041

Hey!

Disc swapping isn't working with D2 atm (e1e79539d0be124c664c50c29d87a7d83a0e4e42 when typing this), I've tested this fix from upstream: https://github.com/flyinghead/flycast/commit/3bc508deea6e624dc110a84558f8f49b1990f2c7 and it boots just fine with it. But idk if it can break something for the libretro core? If it's fine I have it ready already, I just have to press the "Create pull request" button (or someone else can take care of it, it's a very quick change) :p

PR created, I messed a bit with it and I couldn't find any issue, feel free to double check of course :D
