Flycast is a multiplatform Sega Dreamcast emulator. NOTE: No longer actively developed, use upstream repo for libretro from now on - https://github.com/flyinghead/flycast
On composite output to a TV, the Dreamcast would look visibly narrow. On a 720x480 NTSC capture, games would be a 640x480 area in the center of that.

An option to force 8:7 for composite mode? (8:7's probably not the right aspect, but close enough to my eyeballs)
Maintain 4:3 and emulate more of the video width? The BIOS splash has a larger area drawn when it's on the gray background and when it fades, for example. (This could probably cause chaos with the widescreen hacks.)
