Problem : pso serial is not saved, chuchu rocket credentials are not saved into the flash Upon restart of the emulator, data is lost.

workaround : use standalone version to write to the nvmem

Actually an issue on batocera side, but i'll give the actual issue if someone struggles and is googling ;)

!!!!! Flycast will write dc_nvmem.bin in /userdata/saves/dreamcast .. but it will not be used ! The file should instead be in /userdata/bios, create a symlink ?
