Virtua Fighter 3 TB replay problem #1176

Please fix replays in Virtua Fighter 3 TB. The black bar at the top of the screen does not stretch properly.

RA 14.4, resolution 1920x1440, gl driver, and 4:3 screen aspect ratio.
