Feature request: configurable Dreamcast game server #285

Realizing that dreamcastlive.net will not be around forever and will be replaced with something else, having an option to configure any game server through the UI would be very much appreciated, and would help to "future-proof" the emulator.

Great to see support for game servers at all though - and what's already there seems to be working seamlessly! It must have taken a good deal of effort to get to where we are.

The DNS IP address is normally customizable (upstream) but there doesn't seem to be a way in RA/libretro to enter an IP address in the core settings. If somebody knows how to do it, let me know.
