[SWITCH] Phantasy star online V2 us broken graphics #808

great until ingame. then completely unplayable. running in retroarch 1.8.4 via nintendo switch.

Quick note, the graphical glitches are present in core 1.8.1 - 1.8.4. They are not present in ver 1.7.9 (0.1.7aa92b70). I haven't tested 1.8.0.
