Adding another Widescreen cheat #834

Can u add the following code? - Checked working:

Are you sure about this id T38801M?

The original Nanatsu no Hikan - Senritsu no Bishou has id T7604M and T38801M is for Sengoku Turb. Confused here...

I don't know why, but the translated version use the ip.bin from Sengoku Turb. Checked working ingame though.

And after add that serial: retroarch 2020-03-04 18-42-32-515
