Spasmodic button behaviour virtual keyboard #71

Hello, I am getting button pressing problems only on fuse (RA-Wii) double presses and spasmodic movement when trying to enter and navigating virtual keyboard and also with exit button combo won't work properly. This doesn't happen in any other core and I've reported it to certain RA Wii developers and they said it seems to be the core itself.

Can you please change the core option Time to Release Key in ms and see if one of the values solves the issue? Thanks.
