Update GBC colour correction parameters #155

This PR updates the GBC colour correction parameters with the results of Pokefan531's latest research: https://forums.libretro.com/t/real-gba-and-ds-phat-colors/1540/190

The difference is subtle, but noticeable - here are some before/after shots (with Frontlight Postion set to the default value of Central):
