As requested in #219, this PR adds 45 internal colourisation palettes created by @PixelShift-gb. These are 'activated' by setting Internal Palette to PixelShift - Pack 1 and selected via a new > PixelShift - Pack 1 Palette core option (they can also be cycled with RetroPad R/L, as with the other internal palettes).
