Fix palettes #257

Palettes added with #253 were appearing in the core options but were not actually doing anything + a few name changes were breaking stuff in previous packs.

Should be all fixed now, closes #256

@TheWolfBunny64 Please be more careful in the future with these PRs so that followup PRs like this are not necessary.
