Fixes builds on armv5 #158

armv5 does not have usat or uxth, these instructions must be emulated on those platforms.

Hey there! This was overridden by some recent changes in the arm dynarec. Can you verify they work for you (and your armv5 devices) and drop this? Or follow up if there's any issue. Glad to help!

It works well for me for the Miyoo version, Powkiddy V90. I will ask for a PR that adds the target Miyoo

Yeah, new builds compile and seem to work fine on trimui
