Core Options to select Save Types and RTC Clock Enabling? #246

Instead of gpsp auto detecting based on game code, as some pokemon romhacks dont work when it auto detects that it doesnt have RTC and squishes save file to 64kb instead of 128kb

gpSP has an option for force enabling/disabling the RTC support for games which need it. (Tested on Wii, didn't tried other platforms though).

I had the same problem with official Rev 2 of Pokémon Sapphire (USA) where i get the battery warning, forcing enabling the RTC (setting RTC Support setting to ON) solves this issue.

Not working on romhack of pokemon emerald, setting RTC Suport to ON, says the same, battery drain :(
