Minor ARM cleanup #97

This reduces the .so file from 13-14MB to just 1.5MB or so. Although it was mostly zeroes it bothers me scp'ing stuff around over WiFi :P Also remove unused code that I was pointlessly trying to fix while getting rid of libco. More stuff to come after this :)

Great reduction in binary size! I am sure jdgleaver will be excited about that
