Sometimes you have to ping @twinaphex or close / re-open to re-grab his attention. Eventually he does merge the important stuff; PS3 won't work without this one .. Same with the PCE buildfix also.

CELLOS PS3 version was purged from Retroarch.... so this PR was useless.
