Allow video to be managed by RA #85

Currently the video doesn't seem to be managed by RA as you'd expect.

crop overscan is done in Core Options
RA Video Scaling and Aspect Ratio has no effect

Managed what I needed.

RA > Settings > Video > Scaling > Custom = 640x400

For sure it can be really cool if more options could come in Core options ... Five years without any progress ... it's really so bad for a fantastic computer like the Atari ST :(
