When trying to play games that are intended for a high resolution monochrome monitor setup, the display has its colors inverted, and dark blue and cyan are used instead of black and white. The image also looks squished which severely affects gameplay, and none of these issues are present in the standalone Hatari emulator.
The only configuration that seems to lack any kind of issue with these games is the Atari Falcon mode, which suffers from severe lag on Android. It would also be important to mention that, when trying one of these games on Windows, its speed was way faster than the intended one. I tested this issue on both Windows and Android, and here's a screenshot of the latter:
