[Feature Request] Netplay with Atari800 #49

Hi there,

Coronavirus says hello. My Atari gaming community is forced to virtual sessions, instead of local sessions.

I would like to know if it is possible to add Netplay feautres to lr-atari800 ? This combined with e.g. Mulitjoy + 4player netplay M.U.L.E. would be quite something.

F1-4 key is conflicting due usage in Netplay and Atari800

Remap F1-4 to Shift F1-4

atari-800 v5 introduced "support for remapping of all function keys (START, SELECT, OPTION etc)"
