Third (final??) attemp at a new Virtual Keyboard #75

Virtual Keyboard recreated on one page. Added atari font, Ctrl and Shift funcionality witch status. Atari console and F1-F4 keyson first line. Added opacity to Virtoal Keyboard and option to switch opacity on/off (button "OPC" on VKbd). All working good.

Help key added to Joypad mappings.
